Bodega Bay Journalist on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart

Bodega Bay resident Peter Laufer was a guest on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart this summer! Originally broadcast in June, we caught the repeat last night, and it was super. Laufer, an award-winning journalist and author, totally held his own against the brilliant Stewart as they engaged in witty banter about his new book, The Dangerous World of Butterflies. Laufer sported a Blue Morpho Butterfly pin for the occasion.

You may recall that last December, Laufer wrote a widely-read response to the BusinessWeek article that included Bodega Bay, The Most Expensive Small Towns in America. In his response, Laufer asserted that "BW's recognition of his California community failed to mention that it's lacking one."
